Kicking off the spring 2023 ride of the C&O towpath, we
have stelar conditions for riding. But the Paw Paw tunnel is
closed, and the trail poses a hefty challenge for someone with a
fully loaded bike to push. But the Park Service says there's a
shuttle, right?
